HOG Basic Wet notes have the waterproof paper. It’s vinyl bound, so it’ll hold up underwater. Instructors/Technical divers keep these will specialties, skill orders, or even decompression schedules written down. The pages are also perforated, so you can send a message or make a note for later. All carbon pencil always writes, even when it breaks.
